The clip inside that’s on the “string” ended up breaking two years in but other than that it’s still great and I still use it. The one quirk that prevents 5 stars is that if if there is anything in the bag it’s too heavy to sit as a flat backpack- it cinches and balls up up it sit on the back a lot more bully then displayed in the image. It’s a great concept but could use a little more engineering with strap clips/hardware to stop the cinching when used as a backpack."

"I have this backpack in black, and am so pleased! I luv that it EASILY covers from a purse to a backpack with one seamless action. The black leather is super soft and of excellent quality. I like that the outside zippered compartment is roomy enough to hold several smaller items, such as keys, gum, and wallet at the same time. And, as an older woman with neck issues, backpacks were recommended for me rather than purses or crossbody bags. This style is so comfortable and lightweight that I do not feel it at all when it is on my back!!!"
