"Two bags were returned but no credit to credit card yet. I hope it won’t take as long as it takes to talk to a representative. The quality is good with both bags but not colors or size needed. I failed to use the code to get credit for a faulty bag I had returned so naturally no rep avail to talk about it. Any way having to return so I may reorder and use credit code. This is way to different to manage but will try to comply with your rules. Thank u"
