"The design is perfect for travel minimals: passport, card holder, eyeglasses, earbuds, phone. The longest arrangement of the straps work well under a jacket that is open. The bag, its contents and strap are safe from pickpockets and thieves who cut straps. So this is my second purchase. But the antique brass hardware on the polished leather is not as nice as the English brass on the pebbled. So I started a return/exchange. BIG MISTAKE. After following instructions to send my purchase back asap, the exchange process of sending a replacement back took too long.....I watched as the bag "purchased" via exchange went on sale and further sale."
"The strap is a bad size. One strap is to small. When you connect the two it hangs halfway down my leg. I had to tie the staright strap at the end to make it fit properly. There needs to be a way to adjust size. The bag and wallet in the buffed leather was also a bit more glittery than expected. The product is made very well and the leather is strong and soft. It just wasnt exactly what i expected."
